Return Policy
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective, or for items under strict conditions.
Return Conditions: Returns are allowed within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, including all tags and packaging. Items purchased on sale / final sale are not eligible for returns. Items that have been worn, photographed, altered, or had tags removed are not eligible for return.
To request a return, customers must email us at brener.fashion.b@gmail.com with their order details.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the item is inspected and approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective: Email us within 48 hours of delivery at brener.fashion.b@gmail.com Attach clear photos of the damaged area the full garment the packaging it arrived in Once approved, return shipping is fully covered by us, and we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
Custom-Made / Personal Requests Custom-designed or made-to-measure garments are non-refundable and cannot be returned under any circumstance. These pieces are created specifically for you and according to your personal requests.
Important Notes Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval before refunds are issued.
Refunds do not include shipping costs, except in the case of damaged or incorrect items.
